Dear GCWC Members, Happy Spring! I hope this finds you well and enjoying sunshine and warm weather wherever you are. Thank you for your many messages of kindness and support as the Board planned our 2021 season. We organized this season according to Gallatin County COVID-19 guidelines: limited people gathering or not hosting groups of any size. As we have progressed through the pandemic, facilities have begun to relax restrictions and we are making reservations for the 2022 season. In the meantime, the Program Committee has done a terrific job organizing our virtual programs for this season. Mark your calendars for our first virtual meeting on Wednesday, June 23 at 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time. The meetings will last one hour, will be through zoom and follow the usual agenda format. Two weeks before each program, you will receive an Evite describing the program with a request for an RSVP; since we can only accommodate 100 “attendees,” please respond promptly.
Plans for the Annual Business Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, September 8 will be determined soon; we hope that will be in person. Please stay tuned for more information. My best wishes for good health and safe travels as many of you return to Montana,
